§ 16-91-114 — Acquittal as bar to prosecution

A judgment in favor of the defendant which operates as a bar to a future prosecution of the offense shall not be reversed by the Supreme Court. Crim. Code, § 331; C. & M. Dig., § 3412; Pope's Dig., § 4255; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-2722.
