Text
The county sheriff shall make a written return of the execution of the judgment of imprisonment and file the return with the clerk of the court within ten (10) days after the execution of judgment. Crim. Code, § 295; C. & M. Dig., § 3265; Pope's Dig., § 4110; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-2604.
