Text

Where judgment of death is pronounced, the day of the execution shall be fixed in the judgment. The day of execution shall not be in less than thirty (30) days after the judgment. Crim. Code, § 285; C. & M. Dig., § 3238; Pope's Dig., § 4078; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-2313.
