§ 16-85-601 — Definition

As used in this code, unless the context otherwise requires, the "process on an indictment" consists of the writs for arresting or summoning the defendant to appear and answer the indictment. Crim. Code, § 139; C. & M. Dig., § 3039; Pope's Dig., § 3864; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-1101.
