Text

(a)The Administrative Office of the Courts shall report for any court that uses case management software the following data concerning bail for defendants on the court's docket:
(1)The most serious charge a defendant is currently facing in the court;
(2)(A) The amount of the initial bail, whether cash or secured.
(B)The amount of the initial bail shall reflect the:
(i)Total amount of cash tendered, if applicable; and (ii) Total percentage paid of the bail amount, if applicable;
(3)The current length of the defendant's pretrial detention;
(4)The disposition of any cash bail, if applicable;
(5)Any subsequent bail modification, if applicable;
(6)The number of defendants with an outstanding warrant for failure to appear; and (7) The number of defendants who reoffended while on bail an
