Text
In all actions of trespass, if any damages are found for the plaintiff upon the trial of the issue or inquiry of damages, he or she shall recover his or her costs. Rev. Stat., ch. 34, § 20; C. & M. Dig., § 1836; Pope's Dig., § 2355; A.S.A. 1947, § 27-2309.
