Text
If the plaintiff in an action, after its institution, becomes a nonresident of this state, he or she shall give security for costs, in the manner and under the restrictions provided for in § 16-68-301 . Civil Code, § 700; C. & M. Dig., § 1846; Pope's Dig., § 2365; A.S.A. 1947, § 27-2303.
