Every unexpired lease of lands shall be subject to execution and sale as real estate; but this lease shall not be subject to sale under any execution issued by a justice of the peace. Rev. Stat., ch. 60, § 73; C. & M. Dig., § 4271; Pope's Dig., § 5283; A.S.A. 1947, § 30-202.
