§ 16-66-108 — Death of part of defendants

The death of part only of the defendants shall not prevent execution being issued which, however, shall operate alone on the survivors and their property. Civil Code, § 440; C. & M. Dig., § 4265; Pope's Dig., § 5277; A.S.A. 1947, § 30-113.
