§ 16-65-303 — Enforcement
Arkansas·Title 16
A judgment by confession shall authorize the same proceedings for its enforcement as judgments rendered in actions regularly brought and prosecuted. Civil Code, § 415; C. & M. Dig., § 6247; Pope's Dig., § 8203; A.S.A. 1947, § 29-303.
