Text
Where the defendant is an incorporated insurance company and the action is in a county in which there is an agency of the company, the service may be upon the chief officer of the agency. Civil Code, § 71; C. & M. Dig., § 1150; Pope's Dig., § 1367; A.S.A. 1947, § 27-353.
