§ 16-58-116 — Acknowledgment of service
Arkansas·Title 16
Service may be acknowledged by the defendant by an endorsement upon the summons, signed and dated by him or her, and attested by a witness. The affidavit of the witness shall be proof of the service. Civil Code, § 68; C. & M. Dig., § 1146; Pope's Dig., § 1362; A.S.A. 1947, § 27-331.
