Text
In actions brought to recover any balance due upon a mutual open account current, the cause of action shall be deemed to have accrued from the time of the last item proved in the account. Rev. Stat., ch. 91, § 12; C. & M. Dig., § 6964; Pope's Dig., § 8942; A.S.A. 1947, § 37-215.
