§ 16-55-110 — Boards - Authority of majority
Arkansas·Title 16
An authority conferred upon three (3) or more persons may be exercised by a majority of them and a majority of three (3) or more persons may do any act directed to be performed by them. Civil Code, § 782; C. & M. Dig., § 9755; Pope's Dig., § 12511; A.S.A. 1947, § 27-133.
