(a)(1) In order to allow for the use of the enhanced prospective juror pool, the Secretary of State shall compile and make available no later than November 1 of each year, and at other times determined by the Secretary of State, an enhanced list of prospective jurors in automated or nonautomated form, as provided for in subsection (b) of this section, for:
(A)Any circuit clerk requesting an enhanced list of prospective jurors for his or her county; and (B) The Administrative Office of the Courts for use in its automated jury management system.
(2)Neither the enhanced list of prospective jurors nor its component parts may be released by the Secretary of State, the Administrative Office of the Courts, or any county or agency receiving the list or its component parts unless otherwise permi
