§ 16-22-410 — Verification of charges

All charges exhibited under this subchapter shall be verified by affidavit and shall be prosecuted by the prosecuting attorney, prosecuting in the district in which the charges are pending. Rev. Stat., ch. 15, § 24; C. & M. Dig., § 622; Pope's Dig., § 662; A.S.A. 1947, § 25-413.
