§ 16-22-408 — Record of conviction or acquittal of offense as evidence

The record of conviction or acquittal of any indictable offense shall in all cases be conclusive evidence of the facts, and the court shall proceed thereon accordingly. Rev. Stat., ch. 15, § 21; C. & M. Dig., § 619; Pope's Dig., § 659; A.S.A. 1947, § 25-410.
