§ 16-22-403 — Time for hearing

The court in which the charges may be exhibited shall fix a time for the hearing of the charges, allowing a reasonable time to notify the accused. Rev. Stat., ch. 15, § 14; C. & M. Dig., § 612; Pope's Dig., § 652; A.S.A. 1947, § 25-403.
