§ 16-22-207 — Register of licensed attorneys

It shall be the duty of the clerk of each court of record to keep a register in which he shall register and enroll every attorney or counselor at law licensed to practice in the court of which he is clerk. Rev. Stat., ch. 15, § 6; C. & M. Dig., § 600; Pope's Dig., § 640; A.S.A. 1947, § 25-105.
