§ 16-21-157 — State employment and assignment of positions

(a)Deputy prosecuting attorneys are state employees.
(b)The Prosecution Coordination Commission shall assist in the maintenance of a system which equitably serves all areas of the state by providing quality deputy prosecuting attorneys.
