Text
(a)The clerk shall prepare, in a proper manner, every bond to be taken by or given before him or his court.
(b)He shall refuse any surety offered in a bond to be taken by him who is, in his opinion, insufficient. Civil Code, §§ 773, 774; C. & M. Dig., §§ 1378, 1379; Pope's Dig., §§ 1639, 1640; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 23-104, 23-105.
