§ 16-15-113 — Court expenses - Payment

The expenses accruing in the county courts shall be paid out of the county treasury in which the court is held in the same manner as other demands. Rev. Stat., ch. 43, § 47; C. & M. Dig., § 2118; Pope's Dig., § 2722; A.S.A. 1947, § 22-125.
