§ 16-13-2702 — Terms of court
Arkansas·Title 16
The terms of court in each county in the Nineteenth Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below:
(1)Benton County: On the third Mondays in March and September; and (2) Carroll County: On the third Mondays in February and August.
