Text

The terms of court for the circuit court of the Fifth Judicial District shall begin on the following days:

(1)(A) Franklin County, Charleston District: On the first Mondays in February and September; and (B) Franklin County, Ozark District: On the third Mondays in February and September;

(2)Johnson County: On the first Mondays in March and October; and (3) Pope County: On the first Mondays in April and November.
