§ 16-13-1202 — Terms of court
Arkansas·Title 16
The terms of court in each county in the Fourth Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below:
(1)Washington County: On January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1; and (2) Madison County: On the first Mondays in March and September.
