Text

(a)There is hereby established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Arkansas Fair Housing Commission Trust Fund".
(b)The fund shall consist of:
(1)Funds received by the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission, and any other moneys as may be provided by the General Assembly, there to be used for the administration and operations of the commission; and (2) Any administrative or civil penalty levied and collected pursuant to this subchapter, to be solely used for fair housing education of the public and the operational expenses of the commission.
(c)The appropriation to the commission providing for "public education" may be used to fund all expenses incurred in conducting educational seminars and other
