§ 16-113-202 — Affidavits

(a)On the hearing of an application for an injunction of which notice has been given, each party may read affidavits.
(b)The affidavits read upon an application for an injunction shall be filed with the papers of the case. Civil Code, §§ 301, 312; C. & M. Dig., §§ 5789, 5790; Pope's Dig., §§ 7504, 7505; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 32-204, 32-205.
