Text

An injunction may be the final judgment in an action, or may be allowed as a provisional remedy. Where so allowed, it shall be by order. Civil Code, § 293; C. & M. Dig., § 5791; Pope's Dig., § 7506; A.S.A. 1947, § 32-101.
