The Supreme Court shall have power to direct the forms of writs and process which are not contrary to or inconsistent with the Constitution and laws of this state. Rev. Stat., ch. 43, § 2; C. & M. Dig., § 2126; Pope's Dig., § 2732; A.S.A. 1947, § 22-212.
