§ 16-10-901 — Retired judges - Definition
Arkansas·Title 16
As used in this subchapter, "retired judge" means a former:
(1)Circuit court judge, chancery court judge, circuit-chancery court judge, Court of Appeals judge, or Supreme Court justice, receiving benefits under the Arkansas Judicial Retirement System; and (2) Municipal court judge or district court judge, receiving benefits under the Arkansas Public Employees' Retirement System.
