Text
The sheriffs of the several counties shall be sheriffs of the several courts in their respective counties, and the sheriff in the county in which the Supreme Court is held shall be sheriff of that court. Rev. Stat., ch. 43, § 21; C. & M. Dig., § 2105; Pope's Dig., § 2709; A.S.A. 1947, § 22-111.
