§ 15-75-301 — Definitions

As used in this subchapter:

(1)"Certificate of competency" means approval by the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board of the employees to be placed in charge of operations, service, installation, and transportation by permit holders; and (2) [Repealed.]
(3)"Permits" means the written authorization granted by the Director of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board with the board's approval to persons to engage in the liquefied petroleum gas business.
