§ 14-51-210 — Removal of commissioner

(a)The city council or governing body of the city by a two-thirds vote may remove any of the commissioners during their term of office for cause.
(b)In the event of the removal of one (1) or more of the commissioners, the council or governing body shall fill the vacancy created by the removal.
