REPEALED BY ACT 2023-528, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2023.

(a)Any active member of the Alabama National Guard shall be entitled to the tuition benefits provided by this article upon his or her enrollment in a degree or certificate program in any community or technical college that is under the authority of the Alabama Community College System Board of Trustees, or enrollment in pursuit of his or her first undergraduate degree in any public baccalaureate-awarding college or university within the state.
