In addition to the foregoing provisions of this article, if the obligor is brought before a circuit, district, or juvenile court having jurisdiction on a contempt petition, and it is shown by the department or its agent or by an obligee or counsel for an obligee who is not a recipient of services of the department, that the obligor has failed to follow previous orders of the court, then the court may, in addition to any other remedies, order the withholding, restricted use, suspension, revocation, forfeiture, or termination of the obligor’s license or licenses as defined by this article.
