§ 29-5A-32 — References to the United States Uniformed Services

The Code Commissioner shall change all collective references to the United States Uniformed Services to include the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps in Title 31, and elsewhere as found in the code. Code changes shall be made at a time determined appropriate by the Code Commissioner.
