Text
The committee shall be composed of the Lieutenant Governor, the members of the Senate Committee on Finance and Taxation Education, the members of the Senate Committee on Finance and Taxation General Fund, and such other members of the Senate to be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor. The committee shall further be composed of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the members of the House Committee on Ways and Means Education, the members of the House Committee on Ways and Means General Fund, and such other members of the House of Representatives to be appointed by the Speaker of the House. The Chairs of the Senate Committees on Finance and Taxation and the Chairs of the House Ways and Means Committees shall be joint chairs. The chairs shall each appoint one vice chair and shall set
