§ 29-2-20.1 — Meetings of the Joint Legislative Prison Oversight Committee

The Joint Legislative Prison Oversight Committee, created in Section 29-2-20, shall meet quarterly to perform its duties, including review and discussion of reports submitted to the committee. At least one meeting each year shall include an opportunity for public testimony.
