§ 26-24-24 — Entities That May Participate

Alabama·Title 26 Infants and Incompetents·Ch. 24 Department of Early Childhood Edcuation·Art. 2 Office of School Readiness

The following entities may voluntarily, but shall not be required to, participate in the programs and services administered by the Office of School Readiness:

(1)Public schools.

(2)Private schools.

(3)Churches.

(4)Existing public prekindergarten programs.

(5)Existing private prekindergarten programs.

(6)Existing nonprofit prekindergarten programs.

(7)Any other entities or programs approved by the office.
