§ 2-31-6 — Fire and Extended Coverage Insurance Required; Certificate Filed with Commissioner; Cancellation

Before a license shall be issued to the applicant, he shall file with the commissioner a certificate which shall indicate that he has a fire and extended coverage insurance policy in effect and in amount that shall cover the grain of all depositors while in his custody for the full insurance values against loss or damage by fire, lightning, tornado, cyclones, explosions, windstorms, and such other perils as may be required by statute or the commissioner. The name and address of the operator and location of each person in the insurance policy shall correspond with the same in the application. Every fire and extended coverage insurance policy so filed shall contain a provision that it may not be cancelled by the principal or insurance company, except on 90 days prior notice in writing, by ce
