Text
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, it shall be unlawful for a county to charge a farmer, a member of his or her immediate family, or his or her employees engaged in the production of farm products as defined in Section 2-6B-2, or farm products to which a producer adds value, any business license or other similar fee for the sale or other disposition of farm products produced by the farmer, a member of his or her immediate family, or his or her employees at any place.
