§ 2-15-257 — Appropriation

Alabama·Title 2 Agriculture·Ch. 15 Livestock·Art. 9 Control of Swine Diseases·Div. 2 Hog Cholera
There is hereby appropriated during each fiscal year such parts of funds made available by the Legislature for this purpose in the general appropriations act as is necessary for carrying out the provisions of this subdivision; provided, however, that the State Board of Agriculture and Industries is hereby authorized to determine the amount of such appropriation that may be expended for the purchase and distribution of anti-hog cholera serum and other immunizing agents and the amount to be expended by the Department of Agriculture and Industries for swine disease control work pursuant to a swine disease control program adopted by said board, and such amounts so designated under this section are hereby appropriated for such use to defray all expenses incident thereto including salaries, equi
