§ 2-15-256 — Promulgation of Rules and Regulations for Implementation of Subdivision by Commissioner; Adoption of Swine Disease Control Program and Promulgation of Rules or Regulations Therefor by State Board; Expenditure of Funds Designated Therefor
(a)The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, with the approval of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, is hereby authorized to promulgate and adopt such rules and regulations as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the evident intent and purposes of this subdivision, and anti-hog cholera serum or other approved immunizing agent shall not be furnished to any person unless such person has complied with the requirements of this subdivision and rules and regulations promulgated under this section.
(b)The State Board of Agriculture and Industries is hereby authorized to adopt a swine disease control program for the expenditure of funds designated to be used for swine disease control work as authorized under Section 2-15-257, and the State Board of Agriculture and Industrie
