§ 2-11-39 — Suspension from Sale, Seizure and Condemnation of Catfish Sold in Violation of Provisions of Article

Alabama·Title 2 Agriculture·Ch. 11 Marketing, Grading and Standards of Farm Products and Fish·Art. 2 Marketing of Catfish
Any catfish sold in violation of the provisions of this article shall be subject to suspension from sale, seizure and condemnation pursuant to Article 2 of Chapter 2 of this title.
