Text
(a)During an active investigation, a law enforcement agency may request the Board of Pardons and Paroles for probative electronic monitoring GPS data pertaining to the investigation.
(b)The Board of Pardons and Paroles may share the requested electronic monitoring GPS data pursuant to subsection (a).
