The matter upon the Complainant’s Bill and the Defendants Plea and Demurrer put in thereto being this day opened by Mr. Rutledge of Counsel for the Complainant, in the presence of Mr. Graeme of the Defendant’s Counsel, The Court-upon hearing what was alledged by either Side, thought fit to defer the Same till tomorrow at Four in the afternoon for further Consideration.
