AFTER REMAND

TAYLOR, Presiding Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Womack, 541 So.2d 47 (Ala.1988), this cause is reversed and remanded to the circuit court for proceedings not inconsistent with the above.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
