AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
Pursuant to the decision of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Wilson, 571 So.2d 1251 (Ala.1990), this cause is remanded to the trial court because the appellant is entitled to a new trial.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
