AFTER REMANDMENT

BOWEN, Judge.

In accordance with the opinion of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Williams, 576 So.2d 649 (Ala.1991), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
