Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm Appellant’s conviction and sentence. However, we note that the final judgment refers to section 391.12, whereas Appellant was convicted under section 944.401, Florida Statutes. Therefore, we remand to correct any scrivener’s error without the necessity of conducting a re-sentencing.
